Rick Gos
selin of the Dallas Morning News has one of the most respected NFL Mock Drafts, and he has unveiled this year's picks. His top five has Oklahoma Quarterback Sam Bradford going #1 to the St. Louis Rams, Nebraska Defensive Tackle Ndamukong Suh going #2 to the Detroit Lions, Oklahoma Defensive Tackle Gerald McCoy going #3 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Oklahoma State Offensive Tackle Russell Okung to the Washington Redskins, and Tennessee Safety Eric Berry round out the top five going to the Kansas City Chiefs.
The pick all Bronco's fans are looking at, however is Denver's pick at #11. Gosselin goes with a lot of other mock drafts in thinking the Broncos will select Alabama Middle Linebacker Rolando McClain. This seems to be a perfect situation for the Broncos, for they released last year's starting middle linebacker, Andra Davis, and McClain, the Butkus Award winner (Award for best linebacker in the nation), would make a good transition to the starting spot.
We are just about a little over an hour left until the start of the draft, where mock drafts will be a thing of yesterday, for the real thing is here.
