Round 2 of the Masters is in the books for Tiger Woods. The course was playing tough today, and the wind was an issue, but he managed to escape day 2 with 2 under par, 70, putting him, currently, 2 shots behind leaders Lee Westwood Ian Poulter. This gives Woods a 6 under par total over the two first two days of the tournament, and makes for a very interesting weekend of golf.
He's right in the mix of it all and told Golf.com, ""I want to be in contention, and I've put myself right there," Woods said after his round. "This golf course, you can make up shots and lose shots. It's going to be an exciting weekend.
The storyline is building, and it could be epic. If Tiger Woods could pull off a victory after all that has transpired, it would be unreal. Round 2 for Tiger is in the books, half-way complete, with two more to go. To the weekend we go.
